Oxy-Dry Easy LackŪ Single is a used for simple or exacting dropouts for spot coating
and varnishing. Prepared on press or during prepress, it mounts onto the
plate quickly and easily because of its adhesive backing. This timesaving
alternative gives you much more production and scheduling flexibility than
other conventional methods. Easy LackŪ Single delivers better coating quality
at about one tenth of the conventional coating expense.
Once , Easy LackŪ Single transfers
coatings to the blanket by a dampener coater or through the ink fountain.
The surface polyvinyl properties provide excellent release, thus delivering
an even, smooth and thick coating application. After a run, it stores for
a rerun as printing plates do.

the greater depth in the dropout areas. Easy LackŪ Single has a substantial
relief of .021" compared to other photopolymer plates which only
offer a relief of .010" to .015".
