Oxy-Dry
Anti-Offset Powder |
| Q: |
My
job offset (either fully or partially) and I was running my powder
sprayer at the normal setting. What's going on?
|
| A: |
Check the sheet for powder application
with a floodlight. Uneven powder spray patterns indicate a clogged

| Q: |
My
powder is lumpy and is sticking in my spraying device. Is the
powder bad?

| A: |
Powder storage is underrated. It should
be stored in a sealed container (moisture tight) and should be
kept off the floor where lower temperatures cause it to absorb
moisture.

| Q: |
Why
do I get bombing in my delivery? Is it a powder problem?
|
| A: |
Accumulation of excess powder in the
delivery will occur. Regularly clean the various press parts which
collect this excess, especially the spray head itself.
